Kogatei Kamakura Garden Café

Cafe

Lose yourself in our beautiful natural setting.

Cherry blossoms bloom and mating ducks return in the spring.

Sunlight filters through the trees and fresh mountain breezes blow in the summer.

Animals gather to eat berries and nuts from the trees in the autumn.

Who knew such a simple café so close to the center of Kamakura could be so peaceful and unforgettable?

Kogatei is just a five-minute walk from the West Exit of Kamakura Station, which is served by the JR Yokosuka Line, the Shonan Shinjuku Line, and the Enoshima Electric Railway Line.

Exit the west ticket gate at Kamakura Station and go straight. Turn right at the City Hall intersection, walk 180 meters, and then turn left at the parking lot on the left corner. Continue walking until you come to a curve — the western style manor house on the hill to your right is Kogatei.
